纸箱印刷机的分类详述 Classification of carton printing press

一、印刷机种类繁多，按印刷色数和面数分类
　　1、单色印刷机
　　2、双色印刷机
　　3、多色印刷机
　　4、双面单色印刷机
　　5、双面多色印刷机
　　二、印刷机按用途分有以下两种：
　　1、一般印刷机：所谓一般印刷是指采用凸、平、凹等版式，以纸张为承印材料，以印刷报纸、彩页、画册等一般印刷物为主要对象，以传递信息为主要目的的印刷方式，如书版印刷机、报版印刷机等。
　　2、特种印刷机：供特种印刷用的印刷机，主要有不干胶贴纸印刷机、软管印刷机等。
　　三、按印版种类分有凹版印刷机、丝网印刷机、平版印刷机、凸版印刷机四种：
　　1、凹版印刷机：凹版印刷是用凹版施印的一种印刷方式。凹版印刷机是用凹版进行印刷的机器。凹版是指图文部分低于空白部分的印版，主要有雕刻凹版和照相凹版
　　2、丝网印刷机：丝网印刷是孔版印刷的一种，印版的图文部分可透过油墨漏印至承印物上的印刷方式。丝网印刷印版呈网状，版面形成通孔和不通孔两部分，印刷时油墨在刮墨板的挤压下从版面通孔部分漏印在承印物上。
　　3、平版印刷机：使用平版完成印刷过程的机器，图文部分与空白部分几乎处于同一平面的印版。
　　4、凸版印刷机：凸版印刷机是使用凸版完成印刷过程的机器。图文部分明显高于空白部分的印版，如照相凸版、感光性树脂版、活字版等。
　　四、按承印物类型分为以下两种：
　　1、单张纸印刷机：以单张纸或其他单张材料为承印物。
　　2、卷筒纸印刷机：以卷筒纸或其他卷筒材料为承印物。
　　五、按压印机构形式分为以下三种：
　　1、手压平印刷机：压印机构和装版机构均呈平面形。
　　2、圆压平印刷机，也称平台印刷机：压印机构呈圆筒形，装版机构呈平面形。
　　3、圆压圆印刷机：压印机构和奖版栩村幼导圆筒形。

1. 2. Special printing press: printing press for special printing, mainly including sticker printing press, hose printing press, etc.

3、 According to the types of printing plate, there are four types of gravure press, screen press, lithography press and relief press

1. Gravure printing press: gravure printing is a printing method using gravure printing. Gravure press is a machine that uses gravure to print. Gravure refers to the graphic part below the blank part of the printing plate, mainly engraving gravure and photographic gravure

2. Screen printing machine: screen printing is a kind of hole plate printing, the graphic part of the printing plate can be missed to the substrate through ink. The screen printing plate is reticulated, and the plate forms two parts: through-hole and through-hole. When printing, the ink is squeezed by the squeegee plate to leak from the through-hole part of the plate on the substrate.

3. Lithographic press: a machine that uses lithography to complete the printing process. The graphic part and the blank part are almost on the same plane.

4. Letterpress: letterpress is a machine that uses letterpress to complete the printing process. The graphic part is obviously higher than the blank part of the printing plate, such as photographic relief plate, photosensitive resin plate, movable type plate, etc.

4、 According to the type of substrate is divided into the following two kinds:

1. Sheet fed printing machine: it takes sheet fed or other sheet fed materials as substrate.

2. Web press: take web or other web material as substrate.

5、 Press printing mechanism is divided into the following three forms:

1. Hand flattening press: both the imprinting mechanism and the plate mounting mechanism are flat.

2. Circular flattening press, also known as platform press: the imprinting mechanism is cylindrical, and the plate mounting mechanism is planar.

3. Rotary press: the imprinting mechanism and the award plate are cylindrical.
