薄刀分纸压线机适用于对三层、五层、七层瓦楞纸板分切与压线，该机采用无级调速电机为动力，齿轮转动，具有噪声低、传动平稳、调节范围大等特点。
　　薄刀分纸压线机有四个特点：
　　1、采用预压送纸，送纸平稳。
　　2、采用薄刀分切(厚度仅为1毫米)、设有自动、手动砂轮磨削，保持刀刃锋利，使分切的纸板平滑整齐。
　　3、纸板通过预压、分切后再经过压线来完成产品要求，保证压痕不出现裂痕现象。
　　4、可提供瓦楞纸板生产线改造用薄刀分纸机。 

The thin knife slitting and pressing machine is suitable for slitting and pressing three-layer, five layer and seven layer corrugated board. The machine adopts stepless speed regulating motor as power and gear rotation. It has the characteristics of low noise, stable transmission and large adjustment range.

There are four characteristics of thin knife slitting and pressing machine

1. Using pre press feeding, the feeding is stable.

2. Using thin knife cutting (thickness is only 1 mm), with automatic, manual grinding wheel, keep the blade sharp, so that the paperboard is smooth and neat.

3. Paperboard through pre pressing, slitting, and then through the pressure line to complete the product requirements, to ensure that the indentation does not appear crack phenomenon.

4. Can provide corrugated board production line transformation with thin knife separator.
